All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the day you receiving your order confirmation email from us. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped. Shipping times will vary depending upon what you purchased and your location.
We source our products from various warehouse locations, both domestic (United States) and international (China). Shipping times range from 5-30 days, depending on what you purchase and your location.
Unexpected delays that are out of our control may occasionally occur, such as postal delays. We will do everything we can to ensure a timely delivery of your order. If you have any questions or concerns about the delivery status of your order, please contact us at info@lcbbridal.com.
Orders with multiple items may not ship together. We will notify you if your order will arrive via multiple shipments.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
IMPORTANT: We source our products from various warehouse locations, both domestic (United States) and international (China). Shipping and delivery times range from 5-30 days, depending on what you purchase and your location. Please take this into account when placing an order. Any order that does not arrive within 45 days will be refunded in full.
We offer free standard ground shipping for all orders over $100.00 (subject to change at any time).
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Canada, Germany, France, Spain, United Arab Emirates, Israel, France, Scandinavia (Norway, Sweden, Denmark).
At this time, we do not ship to Indonesia, India, South Africa, Russia or China.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LC&B Bridal is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@lcbbridal.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at returns@lcbbridal.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
